Hello friends, I welcome you all in our today’s session on yoga. All this while we were only discussing about yoga and its several poses, but today we shall discuss about the benefits of the art of yoga. We shall discuss how yoga can be useful in improving respiratory problems. Yoga is ineffective only when it is not performed properly. One of the basic behaviors of performing yoga is the breathing pattern. With proper breathing patterns your yoga will not only be effective but also a cure to many of your diseases.
There is yoga for breathing issues. Respiratory allergy is one such issue that can be controlled through proper breathing exercises in yoga. The allergens attack the respiratory system, which in turn trigger the respiratory allergies. It is said that if you are able to chant the “OM” mantras from the core of your body along with proper breathing techniques, one can get over cancer.
