Being balanced is tough in this age. Human race is struggling a lot to cope up with latest lifestyle. It is changing so fast that mankind has to walk on a tightrope between modern life and the basic instincts of mankind. This is the reason most people suffer a lot from fatigue and imbalance. Yoga postures are good to soothe human nerves. They help to live a healthy life within a hectic schedules and bustling environments. After all, as technology evolves human being finds it difficult to seek time for own disposal. Men are not machines and they need to take deep breath.

Day passes by and the level of compromise increases along with the passing time. Central nervous system feels continue pressure and this requires to produce extra stress hormones over an extended period of time. Over times, it hampers the immune system of human body leading to illness and fatigue, mood swings, lack of focus, and irritability. Stress is the base of many health complications like migraines and insomnia to lupus, MS, eczema, poor digestion, weight gain, high blood pressure, and even heart attacks also. Yoga postures can help to get some relief from chronic, unreleased stress. Apart from taking a tremendous toll from human bodies, it diminishes the enjoyment of life.

People living in a city with constant noise, electricity, radiation, radio-waves, electromagnetic rays, and infra-red creates an ever-present stimuli affecting the central nervous system. One can never expect to state what the long-term effect of this "white noise" is. Such effect does not come in a very prominent way from the very beginning but the body registers everything. Just because of the lifestyle and the type of jobs people often engage in many tasks at once. This does not allow spending a little time for shelf. Yoga postures can spare from this complication making the path to relax a little more.

Not only stress but a huge number of people are suffering from clinical depression. This is true many people feel sad due to some reason that may be for person or professional. But clinical depression is not a usual ailment. This demands special medicated treatment. This is tough to differentiate a person having clinical depression and someone who is sad because of some kind of loss. But when weeks and months pass and the person still feels very upset and equally sad, it means something is wrong. Medical science has advanced a lot in these days and it surely helps such a person but yoga postures can give miraculous effect.

Depression is a bio-chemical problem and can be easily cured through medication and psychotherapy. Depression-drugs can come with lots of other effects also like hair loss, night sweats and even cancer. Some yoga postures can help without any side0-effect. Treating the root cause of clinical depression is important. But yoga is undoubtedly very effective to get rid of such complications. It co-relates the mood and posture of a person bringing change in their lives. Once a person starts to perform such postures, the person can feel such changes.
